Artwork and copyright
All artwork, photographs, written reflections, and site content are the property of Tim Blackwell and are protected by copyright. Images may not be copied, reproduced, printed, resold, or used for commercial or AI training purposes without written permission. Purchasing a piece transfers the physical work only, not reproduction rights.
Inquiries and availability
Artwork listings and any availability shown on this site are informational and may change. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a piece or create a sale. Pricing, shipping, and availability are confirmed by email before any payment is requested.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe using a payment link sent to you directly. An order is confirmed once payment is received. Colors and texture may appear slightly different on screen than in the original work.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Shipping method, cost, and timing are agreed in writing before payment. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a resolution. Other return or cancellation requests are handled case by case.
Email updates
If you subscribe, you will receive occasional notes about new work and journal entries. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its spam protection, scrape its content, or submit unlawful or misleading information through its forms.
