    Tim is an active member in the Northwest Pastel Society, Pastel Artists of Oregon, and Artists in Action organizations. Tim's love for working with soft pastels has been reinforced through his participation in three-day pastel workshops hosted by the Dakota Art Store in Mount Vernon, WA, facilitated by internationally respected pastel artists Amanda Houston (November 2021), Tony Allain (August 2023), and Steve Hill (April 2024).
